The website only collects the information you enter yourself in its forms:

• Contact form: name, phone number, email (optional), subject and message.
• Pre-registration: information about the student (student ID number if any, surname, first names, date of birth, sex, current school, desired level) and about the parent or legal guardian (surname, first name, relationship, address, phone numbers, email), as well as your message.

Online sending of the forms is being set up. For now, the information you enter stays in your browser: it is neither sent to the school nor saved by the website, and it disappears when you leave the page.

If you choose "Send by email", your request is sent from your own email account to contact@ndmc-nikki.org; it is then handled as described below.

This page will be updated once online sending is activated.

This information is used solely to answer your request and to process your child's pre-registration (reviewing the application, contacting the family). It is never sold, rented or used for advertising.

Processing is based on your request and consent, given when you submit the form, and on the pre-enrolment steps you ask for.

The data is only accessible to the school's administrative staff and, where needed to follow up on the application, to the FUNDEBE Foundation. The website's technical host (Netlify) acts as a processor.

Proposal to be confirmed by the school:

• Contact requests: for as long as needed to handle the request, then 1 year at most.
• Pre-registrations not followed by enrolment: until the end of the school year concerned.
• Records of enrolled students: during their schooling, then as required by applicable law.

Information about a child must be entered by a parent or legal guardian.

You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of its processing, or object to it, by writing to contact@ndmc-nikki.org.

You may also lodge a complaint with Benin's Personal Data Protection Authority (APDP), under Law No. 2017-20 on the Digital Code, or with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) for processing covered by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The website is served exclusively over HTTPS: the information you send is encrypted in transit.
