What is the Health Centre?

The Health Centre means that a dispensary in the school complex is available to students and teaching staff, which, during campaigns by Spanish volunteer ophthalmologists, also benefits the population of the region, particularly Nikki.

Our mission

Our mission

Care for students and staff

The dispensary has been open for over six years and is run by a permanent Beninese doctor. It provides basic care, emergencies and medical follow-up for all members of the educational community.

Ophthalmological campaigns

Thanks to the collaboration of the La Arruzafa Foundation, a group of volunteer ophthalmologists, optometrists and anesthesiologists come each year for consultations, prescriptions and surgical operations.

Service to the population

The centre is open to the entire population of Nikki and the region. Awareness campaigns are carried out by local radio to inform residents of available consultations.
